Recently, we made the announcement of our first Second Wave Fragment. We’ve had a few questions about its provenance, given that it came from the same cache of documents as all of the First Wave Fragments.
We wish to be completely transparent and we realize that statements we have made about the First Wave Fragments have been misconstrued. Unlike our description of the work in our note on the interface, the Second Wave Fragments are, in fact, in a digital format. The Mission Recorder from the Uriel was included in the Archive Housing and recovered by the Third Mission. Due to its age, we have enlisted the aid of an ad-hoc team from the Quantum League to decode and recover the data. 418.e.11 was simply the first one successfully recovered. The rotating A.I. gestalt working the project assures us more fragments from the Second Wave are forthcoming and they will be published as they are recovered.
